General
To add a wine, go to the My Wines tab and click on the button at the bottom right of the screen. Add a photo, fill in the required details, and save.
To delete one or more wines, go to the My Wines tab and long-press on a wine you wish to delete. You will then be able to select other wines to delete by clicking on them.
Then click on the button at the top right of the screen. Warning, this operation is irreversible, and the selected wines will be permanently deleted.
You can add a new vintage of a wine, or duplicate the information to add a new wine that has similar information.
To do this, access the wine's page by clicking on it from the My Wines tab.
Then click on the button at the top right to display the option to duplicate the wine's record. You will then be redirected to the page for creating a new wine with the information from the duplicated wine pre-filled.
Yes, the application supports importing wine lists from Excel files.
Access the Import Wine tab and follow the provided instructions.
Make sure to follow the template provided in the application for a successful import: it is important not to add or remove any columns.
You can delete mistakenly imported wines by performing a bulk deletion.
Go to the My Wines tab and display the wines in a list format. Then click on the button to sort your wines by date added. Long press on a wine, then select other wines by tapping on them to select. Finally, tap the trash can in the top right to delete them.
Warning, this operation is irreversible, and your data will be permanently deleted.
You can export all your wines, their photos, and associated information into an Excel file.
Just click on the Export my wine cellar tab.
Account Management
To avoid losing your data, we strongly recommend linking it to an email address. All your data will then be associated with this online account. You will also be able to access it from another device by logging into the same account.
To do this, go to the login page and create an account by providing an email address and a password.
On the same page, you can also create an account by signing in with Google and/or Apple, depending on the device you are using.
You can log into the same online account on the app with multiple devices. For example, you can add wines to your cellar via your smartphone and then modify them later on your tablet.
However, it will not be possible for you to manage the same cellar on multiple devices at the same time. Indeed, account synchronization occurs when launching the application or by scrolling down the wine list screen to refresh the page.
You will need to refresh your account on a device to see the changes previously made by another device.
If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password ? option on the login screen. Follow the instructions sent to your email address to reset it.
Attention, the email containing the instructions may have arrived in your Junk or Spam folder: please check that it is not there.
